Choose from the outstanding selection of fine Australian and imported wines and French champagnes — all personally selected by Remi, a master sommelier — to enjoy with your meal in our Bistro or to take home. Our wines are displayed on several levels. Exploring deep into the cellars is a wine lover's experience. Many diners have been thrilled to find a wine they have always wanted to enjoy, whether it is a rare vintage of an Australian wine, or an imported wine they've heard about, whether it's from France, Italy, Germany, Austria or the Czech Republic. Remi is happy to be your wine guide. He also hosts regular wine tastings — events which showcase Australian producers and master winemakers.
