The end of financial year is upon us and so is Le Tour De France 2011 as well as Bastille Day.To celebrate the 14th of July at Remi de Provence we will do a special evening with live music and a Provencal dinner $75.

During Le Tour every Saturday in July we will host a French wine tasting from the wine region that Le Tour goes trough. Please come and follow the tour at Remi de Provence.

Saturday 2nd July Le Tour starts and visits Vendée and Normandy

The tasting, Cidres, Muscadet, Loire from Anjou and Domaine St Nicolas Fiefs Vendée, cost $25pp

Saturday 9th July  Le tour will be in the Loire/ massif central

The tasting,  Bourgeuil, Sancerre, Cahors and more, cost $25pp

Saturday 16th July Le Tour will be in full string in the Pyrénées

The tasting,   Jurancon,  Pacherenc du Vic Bilh, Madiran, Gaillac and côteaux du

Languedoc, cost $25pp

Saturday 23rd July Le tour is in the Alpes and Contre la montre,  avant the Tour Grand finale on the Champs Elysée

The tasting,   Condrieu, Crozes Hermitages, Beaujolais and of course Champagne, cost $35pp

Anyone with some Savoie wines please bring  them along as I haven’t got any yet
